Residents in Ngwa, Abia State, were seen passing and dipping their legs as they crossed over flood that covered the road and market in the area.
Abia state is one of the states in the South Eastern part of Nigeria that is known for its bad roads, poor infrastructure, poor schooling environments, poor health centres, etc.
Yesterday, there was a huge down pour of rain across numerous cities in Nigeria. Unfortunately, the rain led to serious flood on Ngwa Road, Abia State.
In the trending video, residents on foot were seen dipping their legs in the water, while tricycle and bike riders were gradually driving pass the flooded area.
